Booking and cancellation

You choose a service, a date, and a time on skinscalphair.com, or you send a request. There is no deposit unless I write otherwise.

Cabinet hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Address: 19020 NE 29th Ave, Aventura, FL 33180.

Please come 10-15 minutes early, especially the first time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the visit may be shorter or I will move it. I do not run over time.

Move or cancel at least 24 hours ahead by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

If you cancel later or do not come, the cabinet may charge 50% at the next visit or if I have a card.

Repeated no-shows are booked only by agreement.

If you feel unwell on the day, write or call. I will move you when I can. I may not charge the fee.

An online consult is a video call. You choose the service, date, and time, then pay and confirm. The video link comes by email.

The same 24-hour rule applies. Cosmetic guidance only. Not a medical evaluation.
