Who I am
SKIN. SCALP. HAIR. is a personal aesthetic cabinet at 19020 NE 29th Ave, Aventura, FL 33180. The site is skinscalphair.com. Daria works as an esthetician and trichologist. This is cosmetic care, not a medical clinic and not a salon.
Questions about this policy: hello@skinscalphair.com or +1 (305) 954-6592.
What I collect
When you book a visit, request an appointment, place a shop order, or subscribe to notes from the cabinet, I collect your name, phone, email, the service or kit you chose, the date and time, and the short form you send (goals, allergies, products you already use).
If you write from Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram, I keep the thread that is needed to answer you.
I do not ask for a full card number on this site. Online consult payment is confirmed by a link or at the cabinet once the time is yours.
Why I use it
To confirm a visit or an order, send a reminder, write a home-care plan, send notes you asked for, and answer a question you sent.
I do not sell your data. I do not rent it. I do not use it for ads.
Photos
Photos taken before or after a visit stay in your studio card. They are used on the site or on Instagram only with a separate yes from you.
Daria’s portrait on the site is a studio photo. Other photos have a light skinscalphair.com mark.
Cookies and embeds
The site keeps in the browser only what is needed for the booking form, the cart, the language, and whether you already saw the stay-a-moment note.
Photos and the Instagram button on the home and contact pages link to instagram.com. I do not load Instagram cookies until you open that site yourself.
How long I keep it
Booking and order records stay in the studio system for as long as I need them to run the cabinet and to meet Florida record rules. You may ask me to correct or delete what I hold, within the law.
Your rights
You may ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hello@skinscalphair.com. I will answer in a reasonable time.
This cabinet is in Florida, United States. Cosmetic care is not medical care and is not a diagnosis.
